We are the official destination for Ram Pride and a retailer for sports wear, casual wear, and insignia gifts that adorn official and unofficial West Chester University and WCU-related artwork.

Nope! You are free to browse the entirety of our site without having to create an account or logging in. Go ahead, browse away!

Can I visit The Ram Shop's brick and mortar location?

Why should I create an account on The Ram Shop website?

By creating an account online you can make the checkout process quick and easy by saving your default billing and shipping addresses. You can also check the status of your order and make changes to any of your mailing list subscriptions. 

How do I create an account on The Ram Shop website?

It's easy! Hover over the Sign In icon on the top-right of any page and click the Create Account button in the menu that drops down.

I can't log in to my Ram Shop account!

It's possible that you may have forgotten your password or associated email address. If you can't remember your password, click the Forgot Password link on the Customer Login page and follow the prompts. If you can't remember your email, or still cannot access your account after resetting your password, then please contact our Customer Service team for further assistance. 

How can I change my account preferences?

Once you successfully log in to your account you will be presented with a menu on the left-hand side of the page. From there you can change your preferred account settings.

How do I find the item that's right for me?

You can discover our selection of WCU products and sportswear in a number of ways! If you want to browse around by either item type or brand, utilize the navigation menu that is at the top of every page on the site. If you know what you are looking for, use the site's search function by hovering over the magnifying glass icon on the top-right of every page. 

If you are unable to find what you are looking for, we encourage you to contact our Customer Service team who is standing by via phone or email to answer your questions about the items in the store. 

How do I  create an order on The Ram Shop website?

Once you've found your items of interest, click through to the respective product page and click the Add to Cart button, located on the right-hand side of the page. The item will then be added to your cart where you can then check out, or continue to browse the store.

How do I check the status of my order from The Ram Shop?

If you have created an account and have submitted the order while logged in, you can view the status of your order by logging into your account and selecting "My Orders" from the left-hand navigation menu. If you checked out as a Guest, you may contact Customer Service to receive a status update on your order. 

How do I change or cancel my order from The Ram Shop?

After an order has been placed you may contact Customer Service within 24 hours to cancel or make changes to your order. After an order has been processed and set to ship, we cannot make changes or cancel the order. If you would like to exchange the product for another or return it for whatever reason, contact Customer Service so that arrangements can be made. You can also review our Returns and Refunds policy prior to making your purchase.

After I place my order, when will my credit card be charged?

If you have successfully placed your order, your credit card will be charged immediately by our secure system. The time it takes for the order amount to be reflected on your bank statement varies by institution. 

How secure is my credit card information?

We take security very seriously and have enacted every security precaution possible to ensure that your credit card and personally-identifiable information is safe and secure. Despite the measures that are present, we cannot 100% guarantee that any additional information that you send, or receive from this website is secure. If you are using a shared computer, or one that is on a public network, we encourage you  to log out of your account and close all browser windows once you have finished browsing the website. 

Is there sales tax on orders at The Ram Shop?

Sales tax is charged to orders that are shipped to addresses in our home state of Pennsylvania.

I'm getting an error message when trying to complete my order!

It's possible that you may have entered incorrect information when attempting to checkout. If you believe that all entered information is correct and you are still receiving an error while attempting to complete the checkout process, please contact Customer Service right away so that we may assist you. 

Does The Ram Shop offer any refunds, returns or exchanges?

If, for any reason, you are unsatisfied with your purchase from The Ram Shop we encourage you to contact Customer Service at your earliest convenience. For more information, you can review our full returns policy.


Shipping

How long until I have my awesome, WCU Ram apparel or gift?

Arrival time of your order varies, depending on the size of the order, your preferred shipping method, and your location. Most orders ship within 48 hours of purchase and may take up to 10 business days to arrive. To check on the status of your order, sign in to your online account or contact Customer Service. 

Where can I have my order shipped to?

We know that graduates and family members of current students live all throughout the country and abroad and to make sure that everyone has the opportunity to show off their ram pride, we ship items throughout the entire continental United States. 

What should I do when my order has arrived?

Other than jumping up and down for joy? The first thing that you want to do once your order arrives is to open the parcel and inspect the condition of all of the items that were shipped and then double check your order invoice to ensure that all items listed are present in the parcel. If for any reason the package, or its contents, arrive in a condition less than perfect or if any item is missing, please contact Customer Service immediately so that we may rectify the situation as soon as possible.

How can I pay for my order?

Currently, you can successfully check out with any major credit card through our payment gateway to include: Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. Our apologies, but at this time we do not accept payment via PayPal, Money Order, or Personal Check.

Can someone help me if I'm having difficulty having my payment processed?

Absolutelty! Most times than not, you'll want to first contact your financial institution to make sure that your method of payment has been activated and is properly working. If this is the case then please contact Customer Service so that we may troubleshoot the situation.

Are you one of those sites that gives away my personal information like email address and phone number?

No, and we never will! We take your privacy seriously and promise to never exchange your personal information with third-parties of any kind. We store your information in a secure fashion so that we may inform you of promotions and events that are occurring and to create a better shopping experience online.
