How do I create an order on The Ram Shop website?
Once you've found your items of interest, click through to the respective product page and click the Add to Cart button, located on the right-hand side of the page. The item will then be added to your cart where you can then check out, or continue to browse the store.
How do I check the status of my order from The Ram Shop?
If you have created an account and have submitted the order while logged in, you can view the status of your order by logging into your account and selecting "My Orders" from the left-hand navigation menu. If you checked out as a Guest, you may contact Customer Service to receive a status update on your order.
How do I change or cancel my order from The Ram Shop?
After an order has been placed you may contact Customer Service within 24 hours to cancel or make changes to your order. After an order has been processed and set to ship, we cannot make changes or cancel the order. If you would like to exchange the product for another or return it for whatever reason, contact Customer Service so that arrangements can be made. You can also review our Returns and Refunds policy prior to making your purchase.
After I place my order, when will my credit card be charged?
If you have successfully placed your order, your credit card will be charged immediately by our secure system. The time it takes for the order amount to be reflected on your bank statement varies by institution.

How long until I have my awesome, WCU Ram apparel or gift?
Arrival time of your order varies, depending on the size of the order, your preferred shipping method, and your location. Most orders ship within 48 hours of purchase and may take up to 10 business days to arrive. To check on the status of your order, sign in to your online account or contact Customer Service.
Where can I have my order shipped to?
We know that graduates and family members of current students live all throughout the country and abroad and to make sure that everyone has the opportunity to show off their ram pride, we ship items throughout the entire continental United States.
What should I do when my order has arrived?
Other than jumping up and down for joy? The first thing that you want to do once your order arrives is to open the parcel and inspect the condition of all of the items that were shipped and then double check your order invoice to ensure that all items listed are present in the parcel. If for any reason the package, or its contents, arrive in a condition less than perfect or if any item is missing, please contact Customer Service immediately so that we may rectify the situation as soon as possible.
How can I pay for my order?
Currently, you can successfully check out with any major credit card through our payment gateway to include: Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. Our apologies, but at this time we do not accept payment via PayPal, Money Order, or Personal Check.
Can someone help me if I'm having difficulty having my payment processed?
Absolutelty! Most times than not, you'll want to first contact your financial institution to make sure that your method of payment has been activated and is properly working. If this is the case then please contact Customer Service so that we may troubleshoot the situation.
